Super lovely apartment, very nicely furnished and very well equipped. There's a cable car going up the mountain 2 minutes away from the apartment, a hiking trail right in front of the door, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the city center (at least it feels like this :D). I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Can only recommend 😊

The flat has been completely refurbished, even with a great workspace! Everything you need is there, including a hiking book and coloring books for the children. It's also great that you can use the washing machine and dryer. There was even washing powder! Thank you!

I stayed at Maik's place for 4 nights with my wife. This place is perfect for remote work. It has a huge screen, an adjustable desk, and a comfortable office setup, making it ideal for digital nomads. The apartment is very modern and well-equipped. You can cook anything, do laundry, and relax on the sofa while watching TV. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were amazing (I even got jealous and asked the host about the brand—I need to buy some for myself!). It was very easy to find the building (about a 10-minute walk from the train station) and to get inside, thanks to clear and detailed instructions. The host provided tons of additional information about the apartment and nice recommendations for things to do in the area. In less than a 15-minute walk, you can reach the city center with plenty of restaurants and shops. But the highlight for me was the natural beauty—beautiful hiking trails start right in front of the building. I hope to come back to this place soon :)

Very cozy flat, superbly equipped with a fantastic view of the Predigtstuhl. Friendly landlords who, with their detailed digital guest folder for the flat, provide the perfect conditions for a relaxing holiday! There is nothing to complain about.

An apartment in a wonderful area. We only stayed for 2 nights and the weather was rainy, but even so, we managed to complete our entire program and even more.
Very close to the salt baths and half an hour from the Königssee and Obersee, as well as other natural spots where fantastic excursions can be made.
The house is very well equipped, in a beautiful and quiet location. The neighbors in the building helped us with small details that we appreciated.
Maik allowed us to arrive at our own pace, which we appreciated, and he was very attentive to our arrival and our needs.
Much better than we expected. We totally recommend it.

We were there with 2 children (5 and 9 years old). There are many things to do: hiking (there are special children's hiking trails), lake, restaurants, cable car, and good relaxation. The location is also good, so we could walk to the restaurant, go hiking, and have easy access to buses and trains. We even got to Salzburg easily by bus and train. With the guest card, train and bus rides in the area were even included. Highly recommended, and the apartment was really good. We had enough space to cook and play games together. Everything was really new and very clean. The kids had fun showering together in the big shower. The guestbook on site was really good and helpful. We would love to come back 😉

This apartment is in beautiful surroundings and is tastefully decorated with good furniture. I must mention that the bedding here was one of the best, and I had a sound sleep! The kitchen is adequately equipped. Maik also provides closed garage parking, which we felt was a good feature.
In the house, you will find a folder with all instructions and local recommendations, which was very useful. The apartment is close to the center, which has a charming vibe in the evening and many interesting restaurants.
This place is also good for those who want to work away from home, as there is a workstation set up in the living room.

Beautiful and tranquil property. The floor plan is fantastic, with the kitchen/washroom isolated in the middle of the apartment. Would definitely stay again during cooler weather as there is no air conditioning. Loved the place!
